The Warrior Group Unveiled
The latest chapter ended with a major cliffhanger and revealed the initial group of characters who will separate from the main group to begin their own adventure, separate from the additional parties.
The combat-focused team consists of Teor (played by the voice actor), the agile character (the talented performer), the strong-willed figure (the cast member), Wicander (the player), and Kattigan (Robbie Daymond).
Why Split the Party?
Given 13 cast members, it was obvious from the outset that keeping everyone at a single group would be unworkable.
Hence, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Prelude, intertwining the characters’ stories before dividing into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Planners, and Seekers.
What Defines the Soldiers Table
As described by the DM, the Soldiers table is for participants who prefer a classically intense fight-heavy narrative style where non-violent answers are rare.
At first glance, figures such as the hesitant healer Wicander Halovar might appear mismatched, but the developments of the third episode demonstrate why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the combat party.
Reasons to Leave
To begin with, the party has a clear idea where to head next after a brutal opening clash with The Crow Keepers.
Casimir of the deceased character—whose passing kicked off the narrative’s action—exploited the enemy for his own means, invading Thjazi’s hideout, assaulting the character, and taking all the magical artifacts to dispose of.
The antagonist then cleared his debts and fled to a secure base in the remote area, beyond Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother close behind.
Personal Motivations
Moreover, each character has a personal reason to exit the urban setting:
- Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and trusted friend, seeks revenge.
- Kattigan is familiar with Timmony and cautions that it is a dangerous place.
- The strong character and The cleric, having defied his family’s wishes to kill the fighter and instead rescued him, have no other options.
- But, their position as prominent individuals in the influential clan could enable the party access places they typically wouldn’t be able to.
- Furthermore, The grateful character pledged a eternal obligation to The savior for his rescue and will now go with him anywhere.
Wanted and Hunted
Lastly, all of them are wanted by the powers that control Dol-Makjar for a multiple motives, making lingering locally too risky:
- The agile adventurer and The hero are recognized lawbreakers.
- The warrior and Wicander betrayed the influential house and the army of fiends they are allied with.
- The fighter is marked for death by House Halovar.
This means them few options but to journey toward the remote area in search of the traitor.

From the latest episode’s Cooldown, we find out that the Soldiers table will be absent next week, leaving the rest of the participants to round up the Questers and Planners parties.
